The journey begins with the vibrancy of Rùfulìa Pet-Nat, a Catarratto refermented in the bottle using the ancestral method, offering a natural, cloudy, and vibrant bubble that awakens the palate with notes of yeast and citrus. It continues with Camurrìa Orange, a skin-contact Grillo that challenges conventions: an amber, deep, and textured wine that extracts complex minerality and a surprising tannic character for a white from high-altitude soils. The journey concludes with the smoothness of Fìlia Red, a Nerello Mascalese vinified with no added sulfites, presenting itself in full varietal integrity with scents of small red fruits and extraordinary freshness.
