• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Other countries: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, peak periods, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the Website.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Upon delivery, the courier may request a valid ID to verify that the recipient is of legal drinking age.

Delivery may be refused if the recipient is under the legal age.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• a second delivery attempt may be made

• or the parcel may be held at the courier’s facility

Any additional storage or redelivery costs may be charged to the Customer.

Products are carefully packaged using materials suitable for protecting bottles during transport.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.

In case of visible damage, the Customer should:

• accept the delivery with reservation

• immediately report the issue to the Seller

The sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages may be subject to restrictions in certain countries.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders to destinations where shipping is not permitted by law.
