Produced with passion by brothers Gunther and Klaus since 2004, this rosé is born from organic vineyards situated between Contessa Entellina and Sambuca di Sicilia, at the foot of the Monte Genuardo Nature Reserve.
The aromatic profile is elegantly rich, featuring mineral undertones that blend with delicate notes of raspberry and hibiscus flowers. The careful winemaking process enhances its freshness, making it a true ambassador of the authentic Mediterranean character of the region.
