Rùfulìa, meaning "a gust of wind" in Sicilian dialect, is a natural sparkling wine crafted using the ancestral method. Produced from a small Catarratto vineyard located next to the family winery, this Pet-Nat is a tribute to the freshness and spontaneity of the Sicilian landscape.

The grapes, hand-harvested in late August, undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled during fermentation at 10 g/l of residual sugar, allowing the bubbles to develop naturally inside the bottle. Rùfulìa then matures for 9 months on its lees, gaining complexity and a delightful liveliness.

Bottled without any filtration, Rùfulìa is naturally cloudy and slightly sparkling, preserving the full integrity of the fruit. It is a vibrant, savory, and deeply refreshing wine, bringing the essence of the breeze that blows through the Terre Sicane vineyards directly to your glass.
