Fìlia, from the Latin word for "friendship," is a natural red wine that celebrates the unbreakable bond between man and the Sicilian land. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown organically in Contessa Entellina since the 1960s, this wine is a testament to the Di Giovanna family's minimal intervention philosophy.

The grapes, hand-harvested in mid-September, undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with no added sulfites. The process continues with malolactic fermentation, preserving the fruit's vitality and the raw energy of the Western Sicilian terroir.

After aging for 6 months in stainless steel, Fìlia is bottled unfiltered and unfined. The result is a vibrant and honest red wine that purely expresses the varietal characteristics of the grape, protected by the sun and wind of one of the island's most prestigious wine-growing areas.
