The journey begins with the Rùfulìa Pet-Nat, our sparkling Catarratto produced using the ancestral method: a "living" and unfiltered bubble that carries the breeze of the Sicanian Lands into the glass. It continues with the Vurria Grillo, a high-altitude white wine that enchants with its citrus notes and pronounced maritime minerality, typical of the limestone soils of our estate.
Finally, the Gerbino Rosé adds a touch of elegance and fruitiness.
