Vurria Catarratto Lucido is the true expression of a historic grape variety from the Terre Sicane, cultivated by the Di Giovanna family for five generations. The estate vineyard in Sambuca di Sicilia, located at high altitudes on calcareous soils, gives this wine a profile of rare elegance.

The hand-harvested grapes undergo soft pressing to extract only the free-run must, which ferments in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine matures for 6 months on the fine lees to develop structure and complexity.

It features a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose reveals a fruity and mineral bouquet, with aromas of lemon, wild herbs, and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, characterized by notes of citrus, stone fruits, and a pleasantly mineral finish.
